Our aim is to train professional facilitators to skillfully  &  respectfully work with families in the context of a Family Group Conference, and to support and empower the family to make decisions for their own family
Our training ensures all our trained Facilitators are fully  and equipped to provide exceptional standards of practice as Family Group Conferencing Facilitators. 
 
Our training not only focuses on the traditional FGC model, but also incorporates strategies to address the challenges of working with families engaged in the FGC process.
